Coleman Catering started in 2013 with a couple (us!) who had a single dream to create a personalized food business. Josiah, who has been working in a kitchen since he was 12, and Linda, who has been in customer service since the age of 14, set out to create a business together after years of being in robotic operations.

After years of witnessing a lack of personal interaction and touches of love, we combined our talents and hearts to serve in an industry we knew, to better the lives and experiences of others.

We knew we could provide a combination of personal and professional to make the client feel valued while still maintaining a powerful reputation to whomever the client was serving.
